Six Nations Police observed a motor vehicle that previously failed to stop for police at approximately 11:00 a.m. on September 5, 2024.

Officers located the motor vehicle in a plaza on Sour Springs Road near Mohawk Road, the motor vehicle was successfully blocked in after attempting to flee from police again. Three people were arrested which led to a seizure of fentanyl, hydromorphone  and a replica firearm.  

As a result of the investigation, Dillon James Miller (34 years old) of Ohsweken, ON, has been charged with the following criminal offences: 

– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Fentanyl 

– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Hydromorphone 

– Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000 

– Operation While Prohibited X 15 

– Dangerous Driving 

– Assault with a Weapon X 3 

– Weapon: Unauthorized Possession 

– Weapon: Possession for Dangerous Purpose 

– Possession of a Prohibited Weapon Contrary to Prohibition Order 

– Driving While Under Suspension 

The accused was held in custody pending a formal bail hearing.  

Jordan Travis Miller (37 years old) of Ohsweken, ON, has been charged with the following criminal offences: 

– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Fentanyl 

– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Hydromorphone 

– Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000 

– Weapon: Unauthorized Possession 

– Weapon: Possession for Dangerous Purpose 

The accused was held in custody pending a formal bail hearing. 

Felicia Jean Kick (33 years old) of Ohsweken, ON, has been charged with the following criminal  offences: 

– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Fentanyl 

– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Hydromorphone 

– Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000 

– Weapon: Unauthorized Possession 

– Weapon: Possession for Dangerous Purpose 

– Breach of Probation 

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, Ontario on a later date.
