Six Nations Police executed a Section 487 Criminal Code Search Warrant at a residence on Onondaga Road and Third Line on Friday, March 27, 2026.
The search warrant was granted in relation to stolen property. The suspect involved was a wanted male. The suspect male recently fled from police in a stolen motor vehicle on multiple occasions. While executing the warrant, police located and arrested the male. Police located two other individuals that were taken into custody without incident.
A search of the property was conducted, police located the following:
– A stolen motor vehicle
– Approximately 844 unprescribed Oxycodone pills
– Approximately $23,000 in Canadian currency
– Multiple firearms, including one replica firearm
– Bulk firearm ammunition
– Pre-packaged alcohol with documentation pertaining to the sale of alcohol
As a result of the investigation, Brayden King (22-years-old) of Ohsweken, Ontario has been arrested charged with the following Criminal Code and Provincial offences:
– Operation Motor Vehicle while Prohibited x3
– Possession for the Purposes of Trafficking – Oxycodone
– Proceeds of Crime over $5,000
– Possession of Stolen Property over $5,000 x2
– Firearm: Unauthorized Possession x5
– Firearm: Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession x5
– Firearm, Weapon, Ammunition: Careless Use
– Firearm or Weapon: Possession Contrary to Prohibition Order x6 – Breach-Probation x11
– Unlawfully Keep Liquor for Sale
The accused was remanded into police custody.
Shirley Montour (64-years-old) of Ohsweken, Ontario has been charged with:
– Possession for the Purposes of Trafficking – Oxycodone
– Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000
– Possession of Stolen Property Over $5,000
– Firearm: Unauthorized Possession x5
– Firearm, Weapon, Ammunition: Careless Use
– Unlawfully Keep Liquor for Sale
Ashley Montour (35-years-old) of Ohsweken, Ontario has been charged with:
– Possession of Stolen Property of Over $5,000
– Firearm: Unauthorized Possession X5
Both of the accused were released via Form 10 Undertaking
