Six Nations Police respond to single vehicle accident

Six Nations Police were advised of a single vehicle rollover on First Line at approximately 5:47 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

When police arrived, they observed a lone male driver exit the vehicle, while the vehicle was on its roof. Signs of impairment were observed on the male. Witnesses at the scene advised police that the vehicle was being driven erratically before the collision. The driver was accessed on scene by EMS and did not report any injuries.  

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged Justin White (45-year- old) from Ohsweken, Ontario with the following criminal offences:

– Impaired Operation 

– Alcohol per se Offence 

– Dangerous Driving 

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, Ontario on May 16, 2025. The vehicle was impounded for seven days, and the accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days.
