An Ohsweken resident has been charged with impaired driving offences after a complaint was received from the public. 

Officers with the Six Nations Police received a complaint about a possible impaired driver at approximately 2:25 a.m. on Friday, August 16, 2024.

Officers patrolled the area and observed a vehicle matching the description provided on Fourth Line Road. Police conducted a traffic stop to check the sobriety of the driver. A lone female was observed in the vehicle. Signs of impairment were also observed.  

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged, Robyn Green (32 years old) of Ohsweken, ON with the following criminal offences:

– Impaired Operation 

– Alcohol per se Offence “80 plus”  

The vehicle was towed and placed on a seven-day hold. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, Ontario on September 26, 2024.
