Six Nations Police received a complaint about a patron displaying signs of impairment at a local business on Six Nations.  

Six Nations Police were advised of a possible impaired patron at a local business on Highway 54 at approximately 4:57 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025.

Police attended the area and located a vehicle matching the description provided by the caller. Police spoke with the male driver and his passenger. Signs of impairment were observed on the male.  

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged Joseph  Stephens (69-years-old) of Millgrove, Ontario with the following criminal offences: 

– Impaired Operation 

– Alcohol per se Offence “80 plus”  

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford,  Ontario on April 25, 2025.
