Six Nations Police arrest five after trafficking investigation

CrimeSix Nations Police arrest five after trafficking investigation

Six Nations Police Drug  Enforcement Unit concluded a drug trafficking investigation by executing Section 11  Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants on a residence located on Fourth Line near Cayuga Road on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

Five persons were arrested and taken into custody, two of which had outstanding warrants with Six Nations Police. One individual was released from police custody unconditionally.  

A search was conducted resulting in the seizure of bulk cocaine, oxycodone, currency, a  cell phone and drug packaging materials. 

As a a result of the investigation, Robbe Beaver (50-years-old) and Mackenzie Bomberry Whitlow (24-years-old) both of Ohsweken, Ontario, have been arrested and charged with:

– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Cocaine 

– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Oxycodone 

– Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000 

Beaver was held in custody pending a formal bail hearing. Bomberry-Whitlow is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, Ontario on a later date. 

Seth Montour (30-years-old) of Ohsweken, Ontario has been arrested and charged with  Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm. The accused also had an outstanding  warrant with Six Nations Police. He was held in custody pending a formal bail hearing. 

A fourth individual who had an outstanding warrant with Six Nations Police, was later  released from police custody. No additional charges were laid.
