Shining a “Spotlight” on the region

FeaturesShining a "Spotlight" on the region

Brant Beacon is looking to shine a spotlight on the newsmakers and people of Six Nations of the Grand River, County of Brant and Brantford.

We are very pleased to announce the launch of our newsletter, “Spotlight.” The inaugural edition of “Spotlight” will be Wednesday, March 2.

“Spotlight” will have all of your local news; news that is important to you, our readers, every Wednesday and Friday.

As we celebrate our six-month anniversary, we couldn’t think of a better way to tell the stories of the people in the region than to have them delivered right to you.

With the province of Ontario easing COVID-19 restrictions, we are very excited to resume covering all facets of the community, from council meetings to sporting events to high school graduations. If readers have any events they would like us to attend, please email us at news@brantbeacon.ca or contact Editor Michael Stamou at michael.stamou@brantbeacon.ca.

Subscribers to the newsletter will be entered into a draw for a $100 gift card so please head to our website BrantBeacon.ca and sign up now.

We look forward to immersing ourselves into the community and continuing our goal of covering all of the things that matter to the residents who live, work and play in Brantford, County of Brant and Six Nations of the Grand River.
