Police charge Brantford man with Breaking and Entering

CrimePolice charge Brantford man with Breaking and Entering
Between the hours of 11:30 p.m. on Monday, January 17, 2022, and 1:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 18, 2022, a break and enter was reported to have occurred at a Fifth Avenue apartment. Investigation revealed that the suspect entered the apartment from the balcony, by prying a window open.
Several items were stolen from the residence. Officers attended the location, identified and located the suspect nearby. The suspect was in possession of some of the stolen items.
As a result of the investigation, Dru Wesley HAMBLY, 46, of Brantford, stands charged with the following Criminal Code violations: 
  • Breaking and Entering 
  • Possession of Stolen Goods Under $5000
