Paris man facing Operation while Impaired charges

Brant OPPParis man facing Operation while Impaired charges

members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint regarding a motor vehicle that may have been involved in a collision at approximately 7:09 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, 2025.

Police located the vehicle in question parked in downtown Paris. Following a police investigation and after viewing surveillance video, police arrested Kevin COOMBES a 38-year-old male of Paris, and charged him with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on September 25, 2025.
