Paris man facing charges after single vehicle collision

Brant OPPParis man facing charges after single vehicle collision

Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Cockshutt Road in Brant County at approximately 11:53 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2025.

During the police investigation Alexander FOLLINGTON, a 33-year-old male of Paris, was taken into custody and charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on October 2, 2025.
