Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) County of Brant Detachment, with assistance from local Fire and Paramedic Services, responded to a three-vehicle collision on Brant-Oxford Road near Township Road 6 in the County of Brant at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.

A 28-year-old driver from Kitchener sustained serious, life-altering injuries and was transported to Hamilton General Hospital for treatment. A second driver, a 19-year-old from Kitchener, was taken to Brantford General Hospital with fractured ribs. Two other occupants involved in the collision sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment at the scene.
