Ohsweken woman facing Impaired Operation charges

CrimeOhsweken woman facing Impaired Operation charges

Six Nations Police were advised of a stationary vehicle with the engine running on Indian Line Road at approximately 4:10 a.m. on Friday, May 2, 2025.

Police were advised that there was a lone female occupant in the vehicle, who appeared to be sleeping. Police, along with the Six Nations Emergency Medical Services, attended the scene. After multiple attempts to wake the female were unsuccessful, police were required to break the passenger window to gain entry to the female to determine her medical status. Once police gained access to the vehicle, signs of  impairment were observed.  

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged Taylor WHITLOW (26-years-old) of Ohsweken, Ontario with the following criminal  offences: 

– Impaired Operation 

– Alcohol per se Offence “80 plus” 

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford,  Ontario on June 13, 2025. The vehicle was impounded for seven days.
