Brant OPPNorfolk County resident facing Impaired Driving charges after multi-vehicle collision

One person is facing impaired driving charges after Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members investigated a collision Wednesday evening.

On September 14, 2022, at approximately 7:01 p.m., officers with the Brant County OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Mile Hill Road in the town of Paris.

One person was arrested and transported to Brant County detachment for testing.

Police have charged 29-year-old Dillen LEHMANN, from Norfolk County with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol or drugs and
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford, Ontario at a later date.
