Norfolk County man charged after single vehicle collision

Brant OPPNorfolk County man charged after single vehicle collision

Brant County OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Pleasant Ridge Road at approximately 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Upon arrival, officers detected signs of impairment and the driver was arrested and brought to the detachment for further testing.

As a result, Casey Croley, a 38-year-old male from Norfolk County, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol
  • Operation While Impaired – 80+
  • Dangerous Operation

In addition to the charges, the vehicle has been impounded for seven days, and their driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days.
