Brant OPPImpaired Driving charges laid after resident complaint

Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Main Street South in St. George at approximately 6:14 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

As a result of the investigation, one individual was taken into custody.

Police have charged Darren GLAVIN, 40-years-old, of Crediton, with the following offences under the Criminal Code:

  • Operation While Impaired – BAC 80+

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on August 21, 2025.
