Michael Dillerop won $100,000 on an instant scratch ticket.

Dillerop, a 41-year-old amusement ride operator, said he loves to play instant tickets.

“This was a random purchase. When I scanned it and it saw Big Winner, I was in shock for about a week!” he said, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.

Michael shared his big news with his coworkers.

“They didn’t believe me at first – they were so happy for me,” said Dillerop.

He plans to open a food business with his winnings.

“It feels good!” he concluded.

The winning ticket was purchased at Parkside Convenience on Parkside Drive in Waterdown.
