GrandBridge Energy received the 2025 Electricity Distributors Association (EDA) People and Culture Excellence Award at an awards gala on Monday, March 23, 2026.
The award is a provincial industry honour that recognizes leadership in employee engagement, internal communications and workplace culture.

Grounded in its People-Centric Value, the organization continues to foster an inclusive, respectful and collaborative workplace where employees are supported to grow, adapt and thrive.
Key initiatives contributing to this recognition include:
- An investment of more than $525,000 in training and development; over $2,200 per employee
- The introduction of 11 secondment opportunities across seven departments to support career growth and succession planning.
- The establishment of a dedicated Talent Development & Rewards team to enhance learning and career pathways.
- Ongoing advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion through partnerships, education and community engagement.
- Enhanced employee communication, recognition and workplace experiences to strengthen connection and engagement.
