Grand Erie Public Health (GEPH) has begun the search for a new chief executive officer (CEO). This pivotal role will guide the organization through a transformative period, following the recent merger of the former Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit and the Brant County Health Unit.

The executive search will be conducted in partnership with LHH Knightsbridge, a leading executive search firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the medical officer of health and report directly to the Grand Erie Board of Health. They will be responsible for fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture, driving innovation, and championing the organization’s transformation.

Guided by these values and supported by a skilled and dedicated team, it is well-equipped to deliver integrated, future-focused public health programs that respond to the diverse and evolving needs of the region.
