Earl Haig Family Fun Park will be offering free admission as part of their Summer Celebration on Thursday, August 31, 2023.

Attendees will receive free Splash and Putt Passes as well as one free hot dog and a bottle of water. Family-friendly activities and entertainment will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. To help manage the number of people entering the park at one time, pre-registration is required at www.brantford.ca/Activenet.

“We are so excited to celebrate the close of another fantastic season at Earl Haig,” said Judy Wong Page, Manager of Aquatics and Fitness for the City of Brantford. “We look forward to seeing families enjoying the day and all Earl Haig has to offer.”

Earl Haig offers visitors a fun place to cool off with a lazy river ride, leisure pool, waterslide and splash pad. Other amenities include a playground, beach volleyball and a newly refurbished mini-putt course. On August 31, Earl Haig will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with pools closing at 6:30 p.m.

Take part in free family-friendly activities and entertainment offered throughout the day. Guests can enjoy a bouncy castle, magician, face painting, crafts, clown and more.

Earl’s Snack Shack will be open to purchase delicious fare including hot dogs, hamburgers and nachos, beverages, ice cream bars and more. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the park. Lifejackets and Lazy River Tubes are available to rent which also includes a refundable $10 deposit, while supplies last.

Timeslots are viewable online beginning Wednesday August 9, 2023. Pre-registration for preferred arrival timeslots will be available online beginning Monday, August 14 at 8 a.m. until Monday, August 28, 2023 at www.brantford.ca/Activenet. Registrants must arrive within 15 minutes of their selected timeslot or their timeslot will be released to another guest. While admission is free on August 31, donations of non-perishable foods to the Brantford Food Bank is welcomed. Re-entry into to the park will not be permitted to those that leave the park on August 31.
