An officer with the Brant County OPP conducted a traffic stop on Highway 403 West, at Oak Park Road, at approximately 11 46 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
As a result of the investigation, police charged 27-year-old Kakou WOGNIN of Toronto, with the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
- Failure to Comply with a Release Order – five counts
- Possession of Identity Documents
The accused was held for Bail Court and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford.
