Susan Groulx of Brantford has won $256,701.80 after winning a LOTTO MAX second prize in the March 11, 2022 draw.

Groulx says she has been a regular lottery player since the early days of the lottery. “This is my first big win,” the mother and grandmother shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings.

The retiree was out running errands with her husband when they stopped at the store to pick up tickets for the next draw. “I checked my ticket and saw Big Winner and was in immediate disbelief,” she said.

Groulx says sharing the good news with her family has been the best part of her win. “I feel so grateful,” she smiled.

She hasn’t made plans for her win yet. “We have lots of wonderful options to choose from, but haven’t made any firm decisions yet,” she concluded.
