The City of Brantford will be hosting an in-person job fair from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre on Saturday, November 5.
Hiring managers along with various staff from 15 City departments will be on-site taking questions from attendees and sharing information about having a career with the municipality.
“This event is open to anyone who is considering a career in municipal government” said Heidi de Vries, General Manager of People, Legislated Services and Planning, City of Brantford. “If you have a passion for public service and helping people, or if you want to do meaningful work that gives back to the community, the City of Brantford is an ideal place for you to grow your career.”
Job seekers are encouraged to bring copies of their resume to review with hiring managers, ask questions of City staff and be prepared to speak to hiring managers about careers at the City that may be of interest to them. Students looking for work next summer are encouraged to attend as many seasonal summer job opportunities will be available for 2023.
