The Brantford Symphony Orchestra’s Book Fair Committee is planning for their annual sale, which will run from April 24 through April 27, 2024.
Supporters of this important fundraiser are eagerly looking forward to again browsing through the thousands of books and music items available.
As is the case now, and has been every year for almost 60 years, the committee is tasked with finding a suitable location to hold the sale.
The committee requires a 10,000 to 12,000 sq. ft. for set up and display of books and music items, as well as, kitchen and washroom facilities.
This location would be required ideally from March 1, to allow time to prepare for the sale, through April 30.
It is also important to have a parking lot big enough to accommodate the large numbers of people who will be attending this event, as well as being wheelchair accessible.
The committee would very much appreciate help with finding such a location no later than February 26, 2024.
