A group of 11 people from Northeastern and Southern Ontario matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the November 12, 2022 LOTTO 6/49 draw to win $100,000.

The group members are:

Dale Biehn of Stoney Creek

Allan Gunn of Grimsby

Andrew Smith of Waterford

Bradley Biehn of Brantford

Bradley Eldridge of Wilsonville

Donald Biehn of Brantford

Gary Biehn of Brantford

Jason Biehn of Brantford

Jeffrey Slater of Dunnville

Robert Biehn of Vanessa

Terrance Larose of Kirkland Lake

The group of eleven family members and friends have been playing the lottery together since the 90’s.

“The group members were talking about the possibility of finally winning right before we checked the ticket,” said Dale Biehn, while at the OLG Prize Centre. “I checked the ticket at the store terminal and I was shocked to see we won $100,000!”

Dale said he shared the news with the team during a group meeting a couple weeks after discovering the win.

“They all thought I was going to give them some bad news – then I told them we won,” he said.

“Everyone was so excited. We were high fiving each other,” added Bradley. “It was a very exciting group meeting.”

Some group members plan to pay off debt while other plan to save their portion of the win.

“It feels awesome to say I’ve won the lottery,” Dale concluded.
