Brantford resident facing charges after Break and Enter

Brant OPPBrantford resident facing charges after Break and Enter

Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious person at a vacant commercial property on Old Onondaga Road West in the County of Brant at approximately 6:13 a.m., on Friday, July 11, 2025.

Police attended and located an individual on the property. Following investigation, officers determined that unauthorized entry had occurred, and items had been removed from the premises.

As a result, Darcy MILLER, 35-years-old, from Brantford, has been charged with:

  • Break and Enter
  • Theft Under $5,000
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
  • Possession of Break-In Instruments
  • Mischief Under $5,000
  • Failure to Comply with Probation Order

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
