Brant OPPBrantford resident charged with Trespassing and Mischief

One person has been arrested after a citizen’s call to police when they observed suspicious activity in their neighborhood early Wednesday morning in the County of Brant.

Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report for a suspicious person in the area of Bradbury Crescent in the town of Paris at approximately 3:05 a.m. on Wednesday July 19, 2023.

A witness observed a person loitering near vehicles and driveways and contacted police. Brant County OPP members located and arrested the suspect.

Marion Terrance BRZOZOWSKI, 43-years-old from Brantford, has been charged with the following offences:

·        Trespassing at Night,

·        Mischief and

·        Failure to comply with prohibition order.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford, Ontario at a later date.
