On Thursday, December 23, 2021, at approximately 4:15 a.m., officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to a residence located on Dalhousie Street near Brock Street in regards to a theft of a motorcycle.
The motorcycle was stolen overnight from a parking lot in the rear of the residence. 
Officers attended and through investigation, located the accused and recovered the stolen motorcycle.
As a result, Jordan Neil BAKER, 39, of Brantford, stands charged with:
• Motor Vehicle Theft – contrary to the Criminal Code
