Brant Youth Volleyball Club’s Team Synergy captured silver at a one-day tournament in Chatham on Saturday, November 25, 2023.

The club opened the tournament with a three-set victory over Brant Vortex and continued their winning ways by defeating Chatham Ballhawks Flight in straight sets to finish first in their pool, with a perfect 2-0 record.

In the quarterfinals, Team Synergy took on the St. Thomas Express Rockets, defeating them in straight sets, 25-20 and 25-20 to advance to the semis and a matchup with KW Predators Elite.

Team Synergy played well, defeating the Predators in straight sets in a very close contest, 25-22 and 25-20. With the victory, Synergy was off to the championship final against the SC Bandits Select Team.

While Synergy gave a good effort, it wasn’t enough as they fell in straight sets to the Bandits, 25-14 and 25-11 but earned a silver medal along the way.
