Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an incident on Highway 403 in Brantford, near the West Street overpass at approximately 4:10 a.m. on Monday, August 11, 2025.
One person has been pronounced deceased. The investigation is ongoing.
The eastbound lanes of Highway 403 between the King George Road on-ramp and the Wayne Gretzky Parkway off-ramp and were expected to remain closed for several hours.
