Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an alarm at a business on Grand River Street North in Paris at approximately 2:23 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025.

Officers arrived and observed signs of forced entry. The premises were cleared, and no suspects were located.

The investigation determined that a female suspect had entered the business prior to police arrival and fled shortly thereafter. Nothing was reported stolen.

The investigation is ongoing. Police released an image of the suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual.
