One person has been arrested after members from Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to disturbance calls near a Paris elementary school Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon.

On Tuesday September 12, 2023, and again on Wednesday September 13, 2023, police responded to suspicious person reports in the area of Broadway Street and Emily Street in the town of Paris. Police located the same involved person each day.

A 36-year-old of no fixed address was arrested and is being held in police custody pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford, Ontario.
