59-year-old facing one count of Spousal Assault

Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in Brant County.

On March 20, 2026, at approximately 9:50 a.m., Brant County OPP responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the County of Brant.

As a result of the investigation, a 59-year-old individual from Ottawa was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with, Assault – Cause Bodily Harm – Spousal.

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, on April 30, 2026.

OPP charge Brant resident with one count of Mischief

Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in Brant County.

Brant County OPP responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the County of Brant at approximately 3:10 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

As a result of the investigation, a 60-year-old individual from Brant County was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with, Mischief – Destroys or Damages Property.

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, on May 7, 2026.
