Brant OPPBrant OPP charge man with Impaired after single-vehicle collision

members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single-vehicle collision on Maple Avenue south, within the County of Brant at approximately 3:42 p.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025.

As a result of the investigation, one individual was taken into custody.

Police have charged Randall HALL, 57-years-old, of Brant County, with the following offences under the Criminal Code:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol
  • Dangerous Operation
  • Operation While Impaired – BAC 80+

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on August 21, 2025.
