Brant OPPBrant OPP charge Hamilton woman with Impaired Driving

A 40-year-old from the City of Hamilton was arrested after a Good Samaritan contacted Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Brant County Detachment to report their driving.

Brant County OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 403 in the County of Brant at approximately 7:53 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2022.

A citizen contacted police to report a vehicle after observing driving that caused them serious concern. One person was arrested and transported to Middlesex County detachment for testing.

Police have charged 40-year-old Michelle Elaine ANGER, from the City of Hamilton with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs and
  • Possession of a Schedule II substance – Other drugs.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford, Ontario at a later date.
