Brant County OPP were driving on patrol when the officer noticed a motor vehicle in a ditch, on Pleasant Ridge Road near Ellis Avenue at approximately 11:42 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
The driver refused the officers breath demand into an approved alcohol screening device.
Police charged 43-years-old, Bryan LOWE of Waterford with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on February 5, 2026.
