Members from the Brant County OPP Detachment have charged an individual following an intimate partner violence investigation.
Members of the Brant County OPP were dispatched to an address in the County of Brant and initiated an investigation at 2:41 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2024.
As a result, a 26-year-old of Brant County has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Adult Assault – spousal
- Adult Mischief- domestic
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, Ontario at a later date.
