Brant County resident charged with Uttering Threats

Brant OPPBrant County resident charged with Uttering Threats

Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address in Paris, for the report of a disturbance at approximately 4:56 a.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2024.

As a result of the investigation, a 41-year-old of Brant County, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

–      Uttering Threats- Cause Death or Bodily Harm – Spousal

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date to speak to the charges.
