Brant County resident charged after single-vehicle collision

Brant OPPBrant County resident charged after single-vehicle collision

One person is facing impaired driving charges after Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members investigated a single-vehicle collision Sunday morning in the County of Brant.

Brant County OPP members responded to a collision report on Cockshutt Road near Campbell Drive at approximately 9:33 a.m. on Sunday December 4, 2022.

It was determined a vehicle had left the roadway and rolled on to its side. There were no reported injuries. One person was arrested and transported to Brant OPP detachment for testing.

Police have charged Terry VICTORIA, 52-years-of-age from Brant County with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus) and
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford, Ontario at a later date.
