Brant OPPBrant County OPP charge Kitchener woman with Impaired Driving

A 42-year-old from Kitchener is facing charges after Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members investigated a vehicle stuck on railway tracks in the County of Brant Saturday evening.

Officers with the Brant County OPP responded to a report of a vehicle stuck on railway tracks in the Town of Paris at approximately 11:32 p.m. on Saturday June 3, 2023.

A temporary stop train order was issued for the area. One person was arrested and transported to Brantford Police station for testing.

Police have charged 42-year-old Stephanie PRICE, from Kitchener with the following offences:

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus) and

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford, Ontario at a later date.
