Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Brant County Detachment arrested and charged one individual following a traffic stop in Brant County.

On November 24, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on 403 Highway west near Garden Avenue. Through investigation, it was determined that the driver was operating a motor vehicle while under licence suspension and further to that was using licence plates not authorized for the vehicle.

As a result, a 44-year-old male from Enterprise, Ontario, has been arrested and charged with:

  • Drive while under suspension
  • Use Plate Not Authorized
