Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Wednesday, December 22 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 167 total active cases with 23 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and eight hospitalizations.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 4,651 total confirmed cases, 4,452 total resolved cases and 32 deaths.
The province of Ontario reported 4,383 new cases and ten more deaths on Wednesday, December 22.
