Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its COVID-19 update for Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
Currently, there are 60 total active cases with four new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and 12 people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 10,082 total confirmed cases, 9,952 total resolved cases and 70 deaths.
Meanwhile, the Province of Ontario reported 775 new cases on Wednesday. Currently, there are 1,082 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 160 are in intensive care units (ICU).
