Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Wednesday, March 16 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 90 total active cases with 3 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and one person in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 8,554 total confirmed cases, 8,398 total resolved cases and 66 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 2,011 new cases on Wednesday. There are currently 649 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 204 are in intensive care units (ICU).
