Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its weekly COVID-19 update on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
Currently, there are 54 active cases with 36 new cases being reported in the last seven days. Currently, there are 19 people hospitalized due to COVID-19.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 13,954 total confirmed cases, 13,752 total resolved cases and 148 deaths, which is an increase of three deaths over the last week.
