Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Thursday, February 3 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 289 total active cases with 31 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and 28 people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 7,923 total confirmed cases, 7,581 total resolved cases and 53 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 4,098 new cases on Thursday. There are currently 2,797 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 541 are in intensive care units (ICU).
