Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Thursday, February 17 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 141 total active cases with 24 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and 10people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 8,206 total confirmed cases, 8,004 total resolved cases and 61 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 2,327 new cases on Thursday. There are currently 1,342 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 356 are in intensive care units (ICU).
