Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Monday, February 28 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 91 total active cases with 48 new cases being reported in the last 72 hours and 2 people in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 8,359 total confirmed cases, 8,203 total resolved cases and 65 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 1,315 new cases on Monday. There are currently 849 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 279 are in intensive care units (ICU).
