Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Friday, March 4 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 113 total active cases with 7 new cases being reported in the last 24 hours and one person in hospital.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 8,410 total confirmed cases, 8,231 total resolved cases and 66 deaths.
The Province of Ontario reported 2,085 new cases on Friday. There are currently 821 people hospitalized with COVID-19, and, of those in hospital, 262 are in intensive care units (ICU).
