Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provided its daily COVID-19 update. All statistics are as of today, Monday, December 20 at 11:00 a.m.
Currently, there are 149 total active cases with 93 new cases being reported in the last 72 hours and six hospitalizations.
Since the pandemic began, BCHU has reported 4,608 total confirmed cases, 4,429 total resolved cases and 30 deaths.
In other COVID-19-related news, the Province of Ontario reported 3,784 new cases on Monday, down from 4,177 on Sunday but up from the 1,536 infections reported one week ago.
