County of Brant announced that Amazon will be constructing a new delivery station in the Rest Acres Road/Highway 403 corridor on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
This investment will enhance the local economy and further strengthen Brant’s position as a hub for logistics and commerce.
“We are pleased to welcome Amazon to the County of Brant,” said David Bailey, Mayor for the County of Brant. “This announcement reflects the value that our community offers to global organizations. We look forward to this partnership and the positive contributions this investment will bring to our local economy.”
The new facility, spanning over 200,000 square feet, will serve as a last mile delivery station where packages received from Amazon fulfilment centres are sorted and loaded onto delivery vehicles for final distribution to customers. This delivery station will enhance delivery services for customers in the region and surrounding communities. The facility will create employment opportunities including full-time, part-time, and driver positions through Amazon’s delivery service partners.
